Convention badge suspended from bar with pin-back; ornate upper blue silk bar in gilt metal frame imprinted in gold: "DELEGATE"; circular blue silk badge in gilt metal frame and metal backing imprinted in gold: "REPUBLICAN STATE CONVENTION/NEW YORK/SARATOGA, N.Y., SEPT. 4, 1900"; bar and badge connected by woven white silk ribbon with two sewn-on crossed rippled American flags.
