National Democratic Club Reception badge consisting of rectangular gilt metal pin-back bar inscribed "RECEPTION"; red, white, and blue grosgrain silk ribbon with inscription printed in gold: "AUG. 29,/1906"; and circular medal-like badge suspended from ribbon by two circular loops; inscription at center surrounded by laurel wreath: "NATIONAL/DEMOCRATIC/CLUB."
