Cream silk satin commemorative ribbon printed in black; depicts memorial urn on pedestal inscribed "IN MEMORY/OF/W.H.HARRISON"; weeping willow above; two American flags at either side; inscription: "GEN. WM. H. HARRISON,/Late President of the United States/Born at Berkley, Charles City Co. Va. Feb 9, 1773./DIED at Washington city, D. C. April 4, 1841,/Aged 68 Years./'Sir,--I with you to understand the true/principles of the Government. I wish them/carried out. I ask nothing more.'/[Dying words of Harrison".
