Red silk satin pin-back ribbon badge with silk covered stuffed button having applied gilt metal monogram consisting of letters "F", "V", and "A" at center, surrounded by painted floral cartouche; inscription painted on ribbon: 'HOUSE/Assistant/Chairman"; gold metallic braid edging at top and bottom; bullion fringe across bottom edge.
