Red, white, and blue striped silk satin pin-back ribbon badge with inscription printed in gold: "ANNUAL/RE-UNION/OF THE/ALBANY COUNTY/VETERAN ASSOC'N/WATERVLEIT, N. Y./SEPT. 17, 1902". Paper label with manufacturer's name applied to lower section of ribbon reverse.
