White silk ribbon badge with top rectangular brass pin-back badge with central cartouche image of Niagara Falls flanked by "18/ 92"; ribbon painted with scene of waterfall at center and printed in black, red and blue "20/ ANNUAL CONVENTION,/ F.A.S.N.Y./ Niagara Falls, N.Y./ AUGUST 16-19, 1892." Bottom of ribbon edged in gold metal "fringe."
