Blue silk ribbon badge with top brass pin of bar stamped with decorative broder terminating in ball ends; five stationary brass rings encircle bar; silk ribbon gathered into triple rosettes with gold metal diamond at center with brass openwork lettering within wave-motif circle border "Secretary"; gold wire trimming at top of diamond and gold metal tassels hang from bottom; tails of blue silk ribbon printed in gold "ASSOCIATION OF/ EXEMPT FIREMEN/ OF THE/ 23RD WARD N.Y."
