Rhinelander Stewart" surrounded by brass bead border; silk ribbon woven with American flag motif attached to bottom badge with black and white painted image of man on coated paper surrounded by metal wreath border surmounted by spread-eagle. White back ribbon attached to top pin printed in gold "CELEBRATION/ AT/ JAMESTOWN, VA./ SEPTEMBER 23, 1907/ IN HONOR OF/ ROBERT FULTON'S/ SAILING THE/ CLERMONT/ AUGUST 17, 1807"; bottom of ribbon edged with gold metal fringe.
