FUND/ ASSOCIATION/ 23RD & 24TH WARDS/ NEW YORK CITY/ RECEPTION"; central image of firefighter with one arm raised, holding horn; bottom "UNION LABEL" logo in gold; printed text surmounted by gold trimmed border and woven silk red ribbon with red, white and blue flad motif gathered into bow at center with metal trimming.
