One of a set of four cast silver salts; cast, scallop-shell bowls seated on cast and applied foliate s-scroll pedestals; pedestals applied to cast, acanthus feet; bowl engraved, "M G H" in script; no makers' marks.

These salts are identical to a pair owned by Winterthur, and made by Robert and William Wilson of Philadelphia PA.
