Vertical rectangular paper sample card of 12 designs embroidered in ivory-colored silk floss onto various colors of silk swatches, with pointed sloping top and straight sides and bottom, reverse covered in blue silk; stock number and company identification framed across top, three rows of designs, each swatch numbered and each row with blue block-printed floral motif border.
