Description:
Blue transfer printed pearlware plate with central view of men in a rowboat landing on a rocky shore; Indians stand on the right; the border pattern is composed of cartouches with inscriptions or images of a ship alternating with eagles and scrolling acanthus leaves (Plymouth Rock Landing).
