Circular red wax seal impression of Rutgers University mounted within a flat, circular metal box; seal has sunburst at center and relief inscription, "ILLUSTRA SOL IUSTITIAE ET OCCIDENTEM," surrounding edge; circular piece of paper with inscriptions handwritten in ink inside lid of box.
