Description:
This dark ivory colored paper-covered wooden box has multi-colored floral decoration with gold trim. A label inside the lid has a black and white lithographic drawing of a factory and the words "Brook's Sewing Cottons/ Meltham Mills". The bottom label reads in blue "Brook's Glace/ Spool Cotton/ For Automatic/ and / Single Thread Machines/ Brook's Soft Finish/ For All Other Machines/ and/ Hand Sewing".
