Description:
Wood shaft and crossbar from horsedrawn vehicle; cylindrical shaft tapering from cross to end; end covered with 8" metal ferrule with projecting disk; double crossbar with metal bracing; pivoting wrought iron bars with S-shaped ends bolted to crossbar; traces of yellow and brown paint.
