Pair of navy blue wool felt Naval shoulder loops; one row of gilt lacing at the shoulder end, single 5-pointed star at the center, button at pointed collar end, button cast with eagle clutching an anchor, encircled by stars; lined with black grosgrain, metal hooks at the corners.
