Description:
Shield-shaped black felt patch; three red felt chevrons near bottom of patch; connected to the top chevron is a curved red stripe, upon which is perched a white rayon eagle; in the space between the chevron and the stripe is a letter inside circle, flanked on right by four wavy lines.

This patch was worn by a staff sergeant in an Army or Navy corps on the upper left sleeve of his uniform jacket.
