Description:
Shield-shaped black felt patches; all have white rayon eagle at top, perched over a missile; and varying numbers of red felt chevrons at bottom of patch; three of the patches have one, two, and three chevrons respectively; other has three chevrons with a curved stripe connected to the top chevron, with the missile between the stripe and the chevron.
Gallery Label:
These patches were worn by members of an Army or Navy corps on the left upper sleeve of their uniform jackets. One chevron indicates a private first class, two a corporal, and three a sergeant. The curved stripe denotes a staff sergeant.
