Pair of Lieutenant's shoulder straps, with gold metal thread embroidered bars at each end and border against blue velvet ground; sewn to wool.
Gallery Label:
These shoulder straps were worn by David J. Pilsworth, who served with the 20th Regiment, U.S. Colored Troops, 1863-1865.
