Description:
Black ankle-length a-line cotton skirt with false vertical pockets on the hips and a hook and eye closure over two metal snaps on the left hip and waist. Blue cotton apron with wide ties forming the waist.
Gallery Label:
This skirt and apron belonged to Ruth Draper. She wore this costume as the French Peasant in "Vive La France," in 1940.
