Description:
Pair of oval 18 karat gold and sard (calcedony) sleeve buttons in case; buttons decorated with medallion of man in relief with gold bezel and frame, studs on reverse; case is snakeskin with hatchmark design, arched lid is hinged to the box at the back, with metal clasp fastener at the center-front, case cover lined with burgandy satin, case interior burgandy velvet.
