Description:
Linen cambric sleeve fragment with whitework cotton embroidery at the hems of double-ruffle cuff, the shape is only slightly full and is gathered on to the cuff, the top of the cuff is several rows of drawnwork giving a shirred appearance, the ruffles have the same pattern, with embroidered vertical leaves all around and scalloped edges finished with buttonhole stitch.
