Blue silk satin ribbon with T-shaped metal pin at top of reverse; with inscription imprinted in gold: "SOCIETY OF/OLD/BROOKLYNITES/ORGANIZED MAY 20th 1880/INCORPORATED DEC. 31, 1880"; attached to paper card inscribed: "The National Highway Association/of Long Island".
