Cast metal souvenir spoon of the 25th Anniversary of the Holland Society of New York; long rectangular handle with a round bowl; bowl inscribed, "HOLLAND SOCIETY/ JANUARY 20, 1910."

This souvenir spoon was made for the twenty-fifth anniversary banquet of the Holland Society of New York on January 20, 1910. The spoon is a replica of pewter spoons made during the lifetime of Henry Hudson. Spoons of this type were exhibited at the cabin of De Halve Maene during the Hudson-Fulton Celebration. The banquet was one of many events that took place during the celebration.
