Description:
Molded porcelain spoon tray with flat base and scalloped, flaring sides; black green and gold lappet border at rim and gilded rust husk secondary border; grisaille coat of arms of Pennsylvania at center with central oval with three masted ship above three sheaves of grain, surrounded by horses and with eagle above; banner below with inscription.
