Description:
A cigar cutter attached to a base with a oil reservoir for a lantern next to figurine of a tall lamp post embossed on one side "Broadway" and on the other "Fulton St.", that probably once had a glass finial at the top. The base is embossed and highlighted in red "Smoke EYE Cigars/ SS Sleeper & Co./ Factory Boston", and has two holes for inserting the tips of cigars and a lever for activating the cutting blades inside.
