Description:
Porcelain bowl and its ogee-shaped lid with open-flower finial is transfer-printed in underglaze blue with the "Three Flowers" pattern; and the lid is printed in the "Fence" pattern; a double blue painted line outlines the inerior circumference of the bowl and exterior circumference of the top.
Gallery Label:
In later years (from the 1770's) on, the sugar bowl cover became more domed and less flat.
