Description:
Porcelain sugar bowl with broad border of salmon-colored enamel outlining and accents in gilding; enamel borders are crossed by curving diaper-patterned bands of gilding.
Gallery Label:
This sugar bowl with cover belonged to Janet Livingston (1743-1828), wife of General Richard Montgomery (1738-1775).
