Description:
Wrought silver sugar bowl; ovoid body, gadroons around lower body on a rectangular splayed foot with an applied vertical edge stamped with shells; applied, seamed die-rolled band with a grapevine design below an applied convex shoulder; applied vertical lip stamped with a band of shells; raised ovoid cover with a rectangular gadrooned finial with a band of stamped shells midway; squared silver handles; engraved, "JDBK" in script at the front center of the body; maker's mark stamped on the base.
