Description:
silver scissor-form sugar tongs with plain oval finger holes with tapered arms crossing at a flower-form pivot-hinge and extending to flower form pivot hinges at the ends which attach to two more sets of arms and hinges; hollow shell grips; makers' marks stamped on one of the arms.
