Description:
This wood stick has a star shaped head wrapped in red and gold tissue paper, the shaft wrapped in brown tissue. It was either a drink muddler or a drumstick- like noise maker. It is printed on the shaft in faded black " 'The Mosser'/ Petit Fouet A Champagne/ Article Francais/ Paris".
