Description: 
Leather, gilt, brass, and silver sword belt; red leather with three gilt stripes embroidered on exterior of belt and both sides of scabbard slings, and with sliding loop near center suspending scabbard sling with brass hook at end that fastens to hook and sling suspended from ring on left side of belt; cast rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to clip on left end of belt; plate has eagle in center with shield on breast, three arrows in one talon, and branch in other talon, flanked by silver wreath at bottom, with rayed background, thirteen stars, and inscription inside scroll at top.
