Description: 
Leather, brass, and iron sword shoulder belt; black leather belt with circular frog sewn at left side, slings for scabbard suspended from rectangular brass rings fastened to loops sewn at left and near center of belt, and rectangular brass plate at right end that fastens to clasp on left; small three-link brass chain suspended from left ring; plate has stamped eagle in center with shield on breast and grasping three arrows in one talon and branch in other talon, flanked by wreath at bottom, with thirteen stars, rayed background, and inscription inside scroll at top.
