Description:
silver tablefork with an upturned fiddle thread handle with a short mid rib on and the engraved initials, "SL" in script on the front; Livingston family crest engraved on the underside of the handle, a ship of three masts on fess below a banner with the engraved motto, "SPERO MELIORA" in roman letters; four curved tines; maker's mark stamped on the underside of the handle.
