Description:
Cast silver plate tea tray; flat, oval tray with applied concave sides and an applied, cast, foliate scroll rim with loop handles at each end; four cast foliate scroll pad feet; surface of the tray engraved with two rings of foliate scrolls around the initials, "R F" in script; no maker's marks.
