Description:
Dark blue transfer printed pearlware teapot with rectangular molded body and foot and broken scroll handle; the view on both side panels depicts two men standing on the shoreline in the foreground, looking out at ships at battle on the water , and hills behind; the border pattern is composed of flowers and stylized shell shapes.
