Description:
Silver teaspoon with pointed oval bowl, downturned fiddle handle with engraved initials on obverse, and flared shoulder; stamped maker's mark and pseudo-hallmarks on reverse.
Gallery Label:
According to the accession records, this teaspoon was part of a lot of 74 spoons from the George B. Cutten Collection purchased by the donor from Eric Shrubsole, New York City.
Pseudo hallmarks are tentatively attributed to Nelson Haight.
