Description:
Bronze struck spearhead-shaped medal suspended on red, white, and blue ribbed silk ribbon; obverse depicts clothed bust of Thomas Hunter facing right; reverse contains inscription: " '35'/1913"; small rectangular bronze plaquette with closure above, bearing inscription: "GUEST." Rectangular black cardboard fitted case with white silk interior.
