Ceramic tile silkscreened with an image of a chef holding up a glass of wine to a cow dressed in a coat, top hat and carring a cane; inscribed below the image, "Boeuf a la Mode;" recipe for "Boeuf a la Mode" printed on the paper label on the reverse.
