Description:
A yellow and white cardboard box that once held ten cigarettes. The front has a color picture of a retriever with a bird in its mouth encircled by hunting paraphernalia such as rifles and reads in red "Hunter Dog Cigarros " and on the side "S. Monday & Sons./ 34, 36, 38, 40 South 1st. St. , Broadway, N.Y." The inside packet reads "The Name of 'Monday' On a Package of Cigars Corresponds to the 'Sterling' Mark on Silver/ Hunter Dog/ All Tobacco Cigarros"." A tobacco tax revenue stamp on the reverse is dated 1910.
