A small gray coarse woven draw string sack with a yellow collar at the top and printed on the front in black with a woman walking by a shoreline covered with foliage and the words "Seal of North Carolina/ Trade Mark/ Plug Cut/ Marburg Bros." On the reverse "Seal of North Carolina/ Plug Cut/ Purest & Best/ Marburg Bros./ Marburg Bros./ The American Tobacco Co./ Successor". Covered with tobacco tax stickers from 1902.
