A black woven silk ribbon with fine blue top and bottom border lines with a half red and half blue flag above the word "Haiti" in blue. One in a series of collectible ribbons featuring Flags and Standards of the World. Given as a collectible premium by cigarette manufacturers, a paper label on the reverse reads "The American Tobacco Co., Inc./ New York".
