Description:
Colorless blown non-lead glass tumbler; tapered body with pontil mark on bottom; polychrome enamel-painted decoration consisting of row of buildings with no spaces in between, with flat roofs, flanked by floral sprays meeting on other side of tumbler; decoration contained within horizontal painted bands and white scalloped lines.
