Description:
Colorless blown nonlead glass tumbler; tapered body with pontil mark on bottom; polychrome enamel-painted decoration consisting of bird perched on heart, flanked by scrolls, with floral sprays meeting on other side of tumbler, with decoration contained within horizontal painted bands; white scalloped line below rim.
