Description:
Pearlware soup tureen, oval panelled body with molded loop handles with scrolled brackets; blue underglaze at top of handles and brackets; dark brown blue transfer printed rose-on-leaf border around foot and interior lip; view of building (Boston almshouse) with three figures in foreground repeated twice on body.
