Description:
Enamel-painted opaque white blown (possibly in a mold) glass vase with wide flared lip, narrow cylindrical neck, and inverted conical body on pedestal base; painted blue, with circular medallion on obverse with helmeted, blond, bearded head with a wing behind each ear in profile against black background; gilding on edge of lip, on ring at top of pedestal, on lower edge of pedestal, and on medallion frame.
