Description:
Dark blue wool officer's button-up waistcoat with 1" stand-up collar, 4 slit-pocket front with 9 buttons from collar to bottom hem, back lined with black twill-weave silk with 2 straps at the waist which meet at the center and buckle on vertical rectangular metal buckle with double-tongued chape; inside lined with white silk with blue pin stripes, right breast has vertical placket pocket.
