Description:
Dark blue wool 4-pocket waistcoat, with 9 buttons down the front, buttons cast with the Great Seal; dark green twill-weave silk on the back with 2 straps at the waist which buckle at the center to a rectangular metal double-tongued chape buckle; inside lined with white silk with purple and green pin stripes.
