Description:
Cream cotton wedding veil; hand worked on machine-made net; large floral pattern of bobbin and needlepoint lace with openwork in some of the roses along the scalloped edge; diamond needlework pattern along the opening for the head.

This wedding veil was worn on February 14, 1889 by the donor's mother, Mrs. E. Hayward Ferry.
