Description:
Scrimshawed whale tooth with etched decoration on two sides; one side with side view of American clipper ship "The Lightning" under sail, the other with front view of American clipper ship "Nightingale" under sail; image of Nightingale surrounded by wreath of leaves etched in green. Tooth filled with plaster and rough edge filed flat.
